The Gold Canyon & Superstition Mountain communities sit at the base
of the most beautiful mountain in all of North America; Superstition
Mountain. It is home to many golf communities, such as Superstition Mountain
Golf and Country club which holds the Countrywide Tradition Championship
Skins game. The area is lush with Sonoran desert landscaping and is rich
with historical tales of gold mining and prospecting in the Superstition
Mountains. Golf Canyon was a bare piece of land that started to be developed
in the 1980's. There are several communities in the Gold Canyon area that
